Who we are

Cosmic Coach is operated by SomosUno Digital, founded by Jossi Fresco. When you order a reading or book a session, your agreement is with us. Contact: jossi@cosmicoach.com

Using this site or ordering from it means you accept what follows. If any of it doesn't sit right with you, please don't order.

What a reading is, and what it isn't

A reading is a written interpretation, prepared for you, that draws on numerology, Western and Vedic astrology, tarot and Kabbalah. It's a tool for self-knowledge. It describes patterns, tendencies and archetypes.

It doesn't predict events, and it carries no guarantee of any particular outcome. Please treat it as material for reflection, and keep your own judgement in the driving seat.

Not professional advice

Nothing we write or say is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and none of it substitutes for a qualified professional. If something in your health, your mind, your money or your legal situation needs attention, please go to someone licensed to help with it. Never delay or drop professional treatment because of something a reading said.

If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services. In Spain, dial 112, or 024 for the suicide prevention line.

Who can order

You need to be 18 or over. If you're ordering a reading as a gift, or a relationship reading that covers someone else, that person needs to know about it and agree to it. We ask you to confirm this when you order, and we rely on your word.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are shown on the site in euros and include any applicable tax. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Once your payment goes through, we prepare your reading by hand and email it to you, usually within 24 hours.

Accurate birth details matter. If the date, time or place you give us is wrong, the charts will be wrong, and we can't redo the reading free of charge on that basis. If you don't know your exact birth time, say so in the form and we'll work with what you have.

Refunds

Each reading is written for one person from the details they give us, so it counts as a personalised product under EU consumer law. That means the usual 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply once we've started preparing it.

Before then, or if we haven't delivered, or if something went wrong at our end, write to us and we'll refund you. We would rather sort it out than keep money from someone who feels badly served.

One-to-one sessions

Sessions are booked by invitation, held on Google Meet, and free of charge unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Booking one sends your name, email address and whatever you write in the message field to Google Calendar so the invitation can be created and sent. The Privacy Policy covers what happens to that.

If you can't make it, reply to the invitation and tell us. We may cancel or move a session ourselves when we have to, and we'll give you as much notice as we can. Sessions aren't recorded unless we both agree to it first.

Your reading is yours

The document we send you is yours to keep, print, and share with anyone you choose. We keep authorship of the text and of the site's own material.

What we ask is that you don't resell it, publish it as your own work, or feed it into a product that competes with ours. Quoting a passage with attribution is welcome.

The site itself

We keep the site running as well as we can, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Sometimes a page breaks, a payment provider has an outage, or a calendar service stops answering. If that stops you completing something you paid for, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Limits

Decisions you take after a reading are your own. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the reading or session in question. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer, and if any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies, and your rights as a consumer in your own country of residence are unaffected. If we can't settle a disagreement between us, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at cosmicoach.com/en/terms/, with the date at the top. The version in force when you order is the one that governs that order.
