If you don't know your exact birth time, mention that in the form — we can work with approximate times and will note the relevant limitations.

Use the name you have. For numerology specifically, the name on your birth certificate is most traditionally used — but if that's unavailable, use the earliest name you're aware of and mention this in the focus question field. The reading will still be meaningful.

Yes. The couples reading is €200 and covers both people — their individual profiles and how the systems describe the dynamic between them.
